            Abstract : 
A fast CMOS digital output driver is presented; the circuit can work at a rate of 200 Mbit/sec with an eye pattern opened more than 80%. The output impedance of the driver can track the characteristic resistance of the line with an accuracy better than 10% and the whole power consumption is less than 30 mW.
