  • Abstract
    A circuit implementation for realizing a fully-bipolar Track & Hold circuit (T/H) is presented A differential open-loop approach has been chosen to meet the specifications of effective-resolution bandwidth, hold-mode feedthrough, and droop-rate Measurements have shown a 10-bit effective-resolution bandwidth for sampling frequencies up to 120 MHz.
