Abstract :
A BiCMOS implementation of a continous-time transconctance-C IF filter (10.7 MHz) is presented. It makes use of a novel linearized high-speed commondrain/collector common-gate/base transconductance stage using a 2¿ BiCMOS process having vertical NPNs. The filter is tuned from 6.7-13.7 MHz, consumes a maximum power of 40 mW with ±4V supply and achieves a minimum signal to noise ratio of 55 dB.
