  • Abstract
    An oversampled A/D-converter is described, which is part of the single chip signal-processing codec filter SICOFI (ref 2). For conversion of voiceband at the moderate high sample frequency fs = 128 kHz an inherent flash A/D-converter, consisting of 6 comparators, is used.
