Abstract :
This paper presents an interactive CAD system for switched capacitor filters. This system handles the entire design process from specifications up to mask generation, all automatically. The original features of this system are: 1) powerful synthesis and simulation programs, 2) complete interactive and graphical editors for the electrical circuit and layout, 3) unique circuit description and electrical generation programs to create the input description files. One of the main advantages of the system is that the time required for design and verification of such circuits is greatly reduced.
