Abstract :
A high-precision auto-regulated low-power crystal oscillator is presented. A bank of capacitors is used to compensate initial accuracy and temperature deviation of the quartz. A novel structure for the output buffer is presented. Low power consumption and small chip size are obtained with an 1.2 ¿m BICMOS process.
