  • Abstract
    A micropower SC-filter is presented which, depending on the applied clock signals can be used as a programmable parametric equalizer or a bandpass filter for 8 channels. The circuit consumes only 237 ¿W if it is used as an equalizer (fc=90 kHz and supply voltage 3 volt) and only 72 ¿W if it is used as a bandpass filter for 8 channels (fc = 192 kHz and Vdd = 3 Volt). The dynamic range of the filter is at least 60 dB and the total chip area is 3,5 mm2 including bonding pads.
