Abstract :
A CMOS Uncommitted Logic Array is presented based on a symmetrical cell design allowing connection efficiencies of over 90% and complexities of up to 800 gates. Each new circuit requires the design of only one interconnection mask, assisted by a cell library backed by decals. This gives short turn round times and few errors for custom and customer design. Furthermore, with a small investment, the design house can carry out the final commitment stage.
