Abstract :
A Low Voltage Operational Amplifier based on new design principles is presented. The total standby power amounts to less than 300 ¿W with a 1.1 V supply voltage. The circuit incorporates a unity-gain frequency of 1.5 MHz and a low-frequency gain of 67 dB. This functional unit occupies an area of 0.8 mm2 and can be fabricated with any Standard Bipolar Process.
