Abstract :
A new active integrated smart sensor of rotating parameters with microcontrollers compatible frequency output is discussed in these papers. Sensor´s IC was produced by combines monolithic and hybrid integrated technologies. This sensor ismost suitable for using in measuring microsystems thanks to it an easy interface with measuring instruments. The experimental results are given.
