Abstract

WEB, email, mobile short message were integrated into the education administration assistant system to search, reserve and share education messages and resources, which is able to satisfy the requirement of college students and instructors who own mobile phones. By designing a multiple-channel message servicing technology, the responding speed, and service quality were greatly improved. The features, architecture and key technologies of the system were addressed in the paper.
