Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a new strong designated verifier signature scheme. It is constructed by the NTRUSign signature algorithm whose security is based on the hardness of closest vector problem (CVP). We analyze the security of this scheme in great details and conclude that it has the characters of strong designated verifier signature schemes. Therefore, it is believed that the new scheme will have a bright future.
