    Modern media has a universal impact on people´s healthy lifestyle, and teenagers are undergoing more profound impact. TV and network and portable audio-visual media are not all of modern media, but they play a tremendous role in influence teenager´s healthy lifestyle. This paper, with a view to the impact of those modern media, discusses the corresponding measures.
