Abstract :
China´s reality social, has the specificity of centralize traditions, with no opposition parties and social organizations are not yet ripe. Due to changes in information technology and popularization of Internet users in China, led that the China´s network society to be the first scale in the world´s network society. According to this article, the features of the network society, such as occult, open nature, interactivity and diversity, have droved powerful public oversight, the formation of civil society, the information openness of Chinese government, and the diversity of the Chinese people´s values. Of course, China need a further growth in the network society.
