Abstract :
With the wide use of informatization technologies, how to evaluate the benefits of informatization was becoming the discussing hot spot for enterprises and scholars. Firstly the paper gives the explanation of IE. then based on the review of Enterprise Informatization Evaluation Theory(EIET) both at home and abroad, four phases in the development of EIET: germination, developing, submature and unknown are identified.Then the main theory and method of every phase is discussed from different point of views. Finally the future developing trend is given out.
