Abstract :
E-government is a requirement and key part for governments to develop information, and a realistic choice to improve government efficiency. The government, promoting its management capabilities and service levels through the e-government, can provide the enterprises and public with extensive and convenient information and service; In turn, by means of e-government, the public can be more widespread participation in government decision-making and management and supervision of government action to promote the government in the lawful administration. The paper, analyzing from the connotation of e-government, discusses the reality of our plight to construct e-government, and further puts forward countermeasures and proposals to construct our e-government from three aspects: transform our concept, raise awareness and develop practical development planning.
