Abstract :
In view of the urgent need for the network transformation of traditional power meters, this paper presents the hardware structure and the software flow design of the three-phase Electric Energy meter that can achieve long-distance data transmission through information communication between ENC28J60 and the upper computer. The instrument adopts the special measure of CMOS chip CS5460A, which integrates computation with display of the electricity-flux parameter and LCD. The instrument has some advantages such as powerful function, low cost, the anti-jamming capability, low power consumption etc. and there is a much prospect of wide application where it can conveniently achieve so many functions such as real time survey, high speed data collection, query and print, system supervision, etc. and it will be one of the main developing trend in the future.
