Abstract
SMEs play an important role in the economic development of countries. In the past decade, development of Information Technology (IT) affects on SMEs and their role in economy. This paper reviews SMEs definition and their advantages, and then investigates the strategy plan of some developing and developed countries about SMEs. After that, the result of Government performance survey related to SMEs is analyzed and at the end is ranked with Freidman test in IT field.
