Abstract
The traditional supply chain performance evaluation studies focus on measuring performance results in order to find the status quo and gaps of supply chain, but it ignores the performance factors relationships and the reasons of performance results, which makes the lack of targeted improvement measures, this paper focus on how to analyze the relationships between performance interrelated factors, find the causes of the problems, and proposes "3+1" integrated supply chain performance measures. The steps of "3+1" integrated supply chain performance analysis method are summarized. Finally, a case verifies the application value of our approach. Based on the results of analysis, the paper proposed some constructive suggestions for supply chain performance modeling in the future.
