  • Abstract
    Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) have the advantages of self-learning, self-organizing, and self-adapting. It is practical to use ANN technology to carry out forecast of surface runoff. Wet-and-low water changes of surface runoff have always been the focus of various researches. Regional water bodies are already being challenged by economic development. It shows that ANN technology is a relatively effective way of solving problems in forecast of surface runoff.
