Exponential stability for a larger class of neural network with multiple constant or time-varying delays is considered. Based on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii stability theory for functional differential equations and the linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach, some sufficient conditions for exponential stability of neural networks with multiple constant or time-varying delays are obtained. The conditions presented here are related to the size of delay. Some examples are given to illustrate the feasibility of our results.
