In this paper, synergetic control strategy based on material flow, energy flow and information flow for large-scale systems is applied to the iron and steel industry with high-consumption, high energy consumption and high pollution, so that steel enterprises´ own synergetic mechanism system is constructed, and finally the process of informatization of steel enterprises is achieved and improved.
