  • Abstract
Current wheel speed sensor online test system is manual, working intensity is great, the measurement consistency is poor, artificial errors are difficult to overcome and it is hard to control the quality of the products. In order to overcome the disadvantages of above, automatic test system of automotive wheel speed sensor is designed based on labVIEW. Location of acquested points is controlled automatically. The functions of control strategy, screen monitoring, parameter setting, and parameter trends showing are achieved by the system platform. The testing process and the steps are controlled automatically. The measurement data is real-time acquired, processed, analyzed, real-time displayed, stored, playback and judged automatically. The platform realizes the functions of testing multi-frequency, multi-models sensor and gear. It has many of the advantages of high reliability, high performance, and high efficiency and so on.
