Abstract :
The integration is a crucial step to improve visual design and analysis management in the product development process. The CAx/PDM information management and integration was analyzed to build a special-purpose project platform. It was used in digital design for swinging angle milling head. Using the integrated structure of PDM and CAx, the platform is able to achieve data information management and transmit of machine functional parts. The integrated management of swinging angle milling head is an important basis of machine design, analysis and manufacture. Feasibility of the platform was verified by applying in data information integration of machine tool plant.
