After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Based on extended producer responsibility, combined with China´s national conditions, the current model of reverse Logistics for waste household appliances is divided into three categories Manufacturer Recycle mode, Society or the state investment recovery mode and Joint mode of take-back. This paper is to build three models of the profit function model based on assumptions of production and the government incentives. By solving the profit function, we come to economic solution of different modes to provide economic basis for decision making for the recycling of waste appliances.
