Abstract :
At present, the Internet is in a transition phase from IPv4 to IPv6, in order to make better use of the existing large number of IPv4 resources to achieve a smooth seamless transition of the network, using Socket programming theory, analyzing the problems faced by the transition, to realize the migration of the protocol-independent application.
