Abstract :
In this paper, on the basis of wireless LAN technology, from the inherent characteristics of wireless networks, the security problems WLAN faced are analyzed and the WLAN security requirements suitable for current environment are summed up. And then the typical Wi-Fi security technology standards such as WEP, WPA, VPN, 802.1x, 802.11i which are proposed by WLAN to solve the security issues are discussed, and finally the existing security bugs are also analyzed.
