Abstract :
According to the dynamic changes of the satellite network topology, the limited ability and the high-speed movement of the satellite node, a new clustering algorithm was proposed in order to reduce the time delays and communication traffic between the management station on the ground and the agent on the satellite node. Based on this, the primitives for clustering was designed and implemented. The primitives was accorded with ASN.1. It could be concluded from the experiment results that the implement of these communication primitives could effectively support the establishment of satellite network management clusters.
