This paper consists of a survey of various engineering, computational biology, medicine, etc applications based on the intelligent computation, and also a summary of the recent techniques such as still swarm intelligence, artificial immune systems, business intelligence, etc. Intelligent computation can be powerful tools in a wide variety of practical applications.
