There are some limitation in the traditional denoising method. In the condition of low signal noise ratio, not only cannot greatly improve the signal noise ratio but the position of the signal is blured after the process of filter. Denoising method based on wavelet transform is proposed to solve the problem. The problem of how to choose a quotiety of wavelet transform domain is emphatically discussed. Wavelet technology is applied to direct the traffic of Olympic Games to locate and identify various vehicles.
