With the fast development of multimedia network technology and speeding increase of network bandwidth, all kinds of electronic learning have already become popular. However e-learning is often faced with the difficult in how to annotate the important parts for the reading content. Although there are some researches about annotation system, few of annotation system has explore the relationship among e-learning and on-line testing. This paper will focus on the e-learning and On-line examination domain, and would like to make use diverse functions of Multi-agent as found in every Distributed Database or AP Server, and through the Data Mining technology to arrange the latest learning procedures and test records of each learner. And after statistic and analysis, our recommending learning AP Server will provide the suitable important learning contents for learners as references. Therefore, each learner can fast grasp the all important parts of their reading contents and enjoy the fun of learning with sequential progress. Thus, it can have achieved to upgrade the further learning efficiency by providing the suit annotation patterns to learners according all tests situations.
