Abstract :
This paper presents new methodology of charging and discharging batteries in photovoltaic system. The proposed method introduces One-by-one battery charging and discharging controllers with a maximum power point tracker for a solar panel. This approach allows the batteries to be charged and discharged with their own proper condition and this will be extended battery lifetime. Beside this, the using of maximum power point tracker (MPPT), guarantees fully utilizing of energy from a solar panel. The experimental system verifies the validity of the approach.
