Abstract :
The dynamic response analysis on TX6916 floor type boring and milling machine is made with the finite element in a testing method so as to test the dynamic response of this machine. The finite element analysis software ANSYS is adopted and the finite element model connected with the spring damper of the floor type boring and milling machine joint surface based on three-dimensional solid model is created to make the model analysis of the floor type boring and milling machine. After comparison and analysis on the test data and the finite elements, the rationality of the finite element model is verified. In addition, the analysis is made on the main errors to provide the theoretical foundation for study of dynamics and optimal design for this machine.
