Abstract :
A decoupling dual internal model controller matrix design method is proposed for multi-variable time-delay input-output system in industrial processes, System responses can be almost decoupled. By using NLJ algorithm to simplify the order of analytical model or similar treatment, the calculated amount for deduce the matrix of decoupler is reduced. The method which uses dual-internal mode structure to compensate the process model uncertainty causes the control quality decline. Using this method to control and design the two variables distillation tower system, simulation results show the effectiveness of the method, and when models are mismatched, this method shows stronger robustness and anti-coupling capability. In order to meet the practical requirements of DCS in industrial field, internal model controller should be transformed into PID controller, the system can still be near or completely decoupled, and the desired results is achieve. This method provides a relatively new optimization and advanced control program for process control of complex systems.
