Abstract
Aiming for the actual production of carbon enterprises, the optimization problem of master production scheduling in carbon enterprises was studied. With the purpose of minimizing production and inventory costs in planning horizon, the paper established an optimization model of master production scheduling by using the unit time earliness and tardiness penalty of products. The paper proposed the use of genetic algorithm to the optimization model simulation. The simulation results not only make the minimum cost, but also meet production capacity and market demand. This paper provides a feasible and practical method for production scheduling in carbon enterprises.
