Establishment and Application of Forecast Model Base Based on GM (1, 1)

Traditional GM (1, 1) model is not high accuracy, and adaptability is not strong, the paper improved the model with a number of ways and established gray prediction model base based on these improved models, finally achieved the forecast model base system by the use of C# programming language, and predict a number of statistical data of Jiangxi province with the help of the system. The result indicates that the model base system can predict the different characteristics of the data and results of high precision, has important application value.
