Abstract :
By means of the analysis of pollution status of Yongnian County sewage treatment plant and general situation of the whole plant, the problems about pollution are summarized in this paper, and we make a number of programs about cleaner production in non / low-cost and medium / high fee proposals. Through the study of the program we reach the cleaner production as a way of environmental protection can bring about good environmental benefits and considerable economic benefits.
