Abstract :
Synchronization is one of the problems in the auto-test network system. Based on the architecture and character of auto-test network system, this paper analyzes the three synchronization techniques: IEEE 1588, NTP and GPS. We also summarize the character of each technique. Using the result may give help for choosing synchronization technique for practical system.
