After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

This paper, at first, analyzes the problems that traditional accounting teaching has been facing. Then it points out the shortcomings of the present mode of accounting teaching. Then, we consider the possibility of widely using multimedia in class and constructing new teaching mode, because multimedia technology has many advantages compared with traditional teaching means. But we also suggest that we should not neglect the negative effects of multimedia, and we should keep the balance between multimedia technology and useful traditional teaching means. We expect our research will do some good to China´s accounting teaching.
