Abstract :
In this paper we analyze the downlink OFDMA system-level performance of FDPS (Frequency Domain Packet Scheduling) under the assumptions of partial channel quality indicator (CQI) feedback available from the terminals. Results show that comparing to RB infinite Non-FDPS, the combination of SDM and FDPS can achieve a gain around 31%, 25% and 19% in edge user throughput, centre user throughput and average cell throughput, respectively.
