We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In the ubiquitous learning environment, how to provide learners with the right resources at the right time in the right way becomes a hot topic in the field of educational technology. In this paper, we firstly explain the connotation of the context and ontology-based context model; secondly, we address context acquisition mechanism for collecting contextual information at run time; finally, we introduce a prototype of the learning resources retrieval model based on context aware, and analysis the work process of the model combined with specific case.
