Abstract :
When simulated annealing genetic algorithm is applied to image restoration, the problem of premature can just be settled to some extent, the outcome isn´t ideal. Based on the principle of traditional simulated annealing algorithm, this paper points out that this problem can be resolved by slowing down the rate of cooling so as to attain the diversity. The result demonstrates this algorithm can function well, and the outcome is better.
