Abstract
In this work we discuss an Incremental Theory of Diffraction (ITD) formulation for the double diffraction by a pair of wedges illuminated by a Complex Source Point (CSP) expansion. The source illuminating the double-wedge configuration is expanded in terms of an equivalent series of CSP. The incremental double diffraction correction term at each pair of points on the edges of the wedges is deduced from two tangential canonical problems as the concatenation of two single ITD diffractions. The correction proceeds by adiabatically distributing and integrating along the lines of the edges the local incremental doubly-diffracted field coefficients. Numerical results and comparisons with MoM will also be shown.
