Abstract :
A polarization grid is a part of the microwave spectroscopy measurement system and therefore its properties have influence on the measurement sensitivity. The properties of grids were determined for both polarizations from measurement and simulations of the developed samples. The improvement of sensitivity of the spectroscopic measurement inheres in use of polarizer within the vertical polarization.
