Abstract :
A new fast direct (non iterative) method for the solution of electromagnetic scattering and radiation problems with the MoM is presented, the Multiscale Compressed Block Decomposition. The computational complexity of the method is theoretically shown to be N2. The monostatic RCS of the NASA almond at 75 GHz is computed for 1,000 incidence angles, using over one million RWG basis function, with an overall computation time of 72 hours.
