  • Abstract
Based on the diesel engine cold-starting features and Power PC 32-bit ECU, the optimizing control strategies of the diesel engine cold-starting parameters such as the injection quantity, injection pressure, and advance angle are put forward. The exhaust smoke and the starting performance of the diesel engine are regard as the integrated measure goal, the optimizing starting performance tests are carried out on the common rail diesel engine by the optimizing control strategies. The test results indicate that the rotate speed (n0) is 120r/min and the pressure (p0) is 30Mpa at the originally spraying fuel state of the diesel engine; the rotate speed (n1) is 700r/min, the close-loop rotate speed (n2) is 850r/min, and the starting fuel quantity is 35mg at the decreasing spraying fuel state of the diesel engine. Which completely indicate the diesel engine is started successfully and reliably at the start condition.
