  • Abstract
    A system composed of a machining center, related measurement tools and its software can achieve on-line reverse. However the measuring point data through the ways to obtain is a lower accurate. It is difficult to obtain satisfactory reverse results using least squares method to deal with these data. To solve the problem, an On-line Reverse Method for Cylindrical Surface is propose, which combines the traditional algebra methods and geometry methods so as to improve the reverse accuracy, while reducing the number of iterations. It is the basically same accuracy between the results dealing the on-line reverse data with the method and the data through coordinate measuring machine with least squares method.
