Abstract :
Double-layer vibration isolation device can significantly reduce the vibration of machinery and equipment delivered to the base or the environment. However, the passive approach is difficult to isolate the low-frequency vibration effectively. Active vibration isolation technology can set the control law according to the adjustment of dynamic characteristics parameters of the system, realize isolation requirements that passive isolation can not reach, In this paper, the sliding mode hyperplane is constructed based on the solution of the algebraic RICCATI equation of Two-layer Vibration Isolation System, then lyapunov theory is applied to design nonlinear control for resolving the unmatched contradiction between control and disturbance. The simulation results show that active vibration isolation system has much better isolating performance against conventional passive isolation system and meet the stability of motion.
