Abstract :
In this paper we developed a computerized application based on an Effort Staging System (ESS) through which the specific dumping capacity is calculated and the risk of glaucoma defined as the damage effort of Retinal Nerve Fiber Layer (RNFL) — is automatic quantified. We used Reichert Ocular Response Analyzer to measure the important parameters in a glaucoma suspect patient: Compensated Intraocular Pressure (IOPcc,) Corneal Hysteresis (CH) and Goldman — correlated Intraocular Pressure (IOPg). The application has a friendly user interface and helps the ophthalmologists in the clinical diagnosis.
