Abstract
E-services access is a good opportunity for business developing, financial benefits increasing and process remote control, for various economic agents. Through wireless or mobile communications networks, the electronic services can be accessed from anywhere and anytime, by a great number of clients. Automation processes can also be efficiently controlled from distance, using IP based wireless networks. These considerations are strengthened by the increasing convergence of technological and financial interests of mobile operators, software developers, mobile terminals producers, e-content providers and process control users. These will lead to a high level of integration of IT&C resources and will facilitate the value added services delivery, including remote process control, through the wireless and communications networks. In this paper a wireless communications system for e-services access and providing is presented, based on Smartphones and PDA´s, also useful for remote processes automation and control.
